The business has played a pivotal role as an innovator, co-founder, investor, developer, and operator behind some of the UK’s most successful independent hospitals. Notably, all but two of the hospitals it has established have gone on to be acquired into the property portfolios of the UK’s leading hospital groups, demonstrating a strong track record of value creation and delivery.

One Ashford Hospital
Built on time and within budget to provide new private healthcare facilities to a rapidly growing area of east Kent. GOOD CQC governance rating achieved, and the hospital gained the BREEAM Excellent award, the highest industry award for sustainability, quality of built environment and quality of construction. One Ashford is the only private hospital in Kent to offer paediatric services.
Facilities encompass
• 3 operating theatres,
• 20 luxury ensuite bedrooms,
• 9 outpatient consulting rooms
• Rehabilitation physiotherapy suite
• X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound
• Free on-site parking
One Hatfield Hospital
Developed and commissioned within budget and completed 6 weeks early in a 14 month project plan. The hospital was awarded BREEAM Excellence award alongside One Ashford, and gained a Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice, recognising its commitment to sustainability. The One Hospital Group is the only private operator providing private paediatric care outside London.
