Adrian is one of the most experienced developers and operational leaders in private and government funded healthcare in the UK. He has led the successful development and operation of some 1,500 beds in over 40 privately funded community hospitals and primary care facilities. This equates to around 12% of the current private acute care capacity. 
 
Adrian has an extensive network of connections across private healthcare. Adrian has championed new models care and innovation to private acute care in the UK. By adapting the best of USA and Australasian design and efficiency principles, he and his team developed modern, adaptive surgical 
and diagnostic centres that will be more productive and flexible to changing care pathways and clinical practice. 

STEPHEN BARTER, Chairman, Co-founder & Equity Holder 

Stephen has over 40 years experience in real estate, holding senior leadership roles within a sovereign wealth fund, international property company, international investment bank , global real estate consultancy and Big accounting firm. Extensive international experience across 5 continents, including advice to governments. 
 
Known particularly for innovative property financing and structuring, large scale, mixed use, placemaking development, strategic business development and business transformation. Now a board Chair/NED and Special Adviser within the Government, Real Estate, Investment Management and other Corporate sectors. 

LIZ HEATH, Head of Research and Strategic Business Development 

Liz has more than 44 years of experience across the independent and public healthcare sectors. As a 
consultant Liz has worked with numerous clients to help them understand and build value in their business. Prior to that she as a senior Marketing Director with BMI Healthcare. 
Additionally, Liz has researched and written nationally recognised reports on the UK self-pay market, the NHS private patient market and the UK cosmetic surgery market. 

P+HS Architects 

A talented, creative team of 105 with a shared ambition, to work collaboratively to make healthcare better. Our knowledge and expertise is founded on over 40 years experience and we understand the challenges and special requirements within the healthcare sector. 
Healthcare represents around 75% of our workload and as such is a major part of our business: over 95% of our technical staff have detailed healthcare experience. Our teams work nationally and internationally in every aspect of healthcare design for both the NHS and private providers. Services include architecture, interior design, estates rationalisation, masterplanning and project management. 
At the forefront of sustainable design we have won several awards for our work in healthcare including the Leaders in Sustainability award for building design in 2012. We have extensive experience of BREEAM and our Primary Care development at Houghton Le Spring is the first, and currently only, UK healthcare building to achieve BREEAM Outstanding.

James is a Director who brings a wealth of project delivery experience which will enable the pipeline to be developed to international standards of healthcare design. James’s extensive client focused project management experience spans a range of sectors, including Healthcare.

An independent consultancy specialising in cost and project management of construction projects. Specialists in the delivery of healthcare projects. MESH are committed to delivering professional excellence on construction projects of all sizes and complexities throughout the Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure sectors. MESH have a highly experienced team with a proven track record within the industry that assures clients that their projects will be delivered successfully and efficiently. 

TIM MOULDEN, Commercial Director 

Tim has over 34 years of experience as a cost consultant, predominately in the Healthcare sector. Tim adds real value at inception when considering a scheme at high level. His experience enables him to draw from multiple past experiences on risks, discovering unknowns, procurement issues, etc.Tim will drive the ability to make the project happen regardless of size or value along with taking overall responsibility for cost and project management. 

3e Consulting Engineers 

Offers professional engineering services to clients from project inception to completion. The principal services provided are: 
Geo-Environmental - offering a full service covering ground investigation, environmental appraisal, remediation strategies and foundation design, working in tandem with the structural/civil engineering designers. 
Structural - 3e’s skills and experience cover substructure and superstructure design, in all types of traditional and contemporary materials, for an extensive range of building types, including steel frame, reinforcement concrete frame and steel modular structures. 
Civil - providing engineering design for major road and sewerage infrastructure works, earthworks, flood risk assessments and flood defence works. 

STEVE WATSON, Civil & Structural Engineering Director 

Steve is a Director with over 35 years experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer. Having worked on healthcare projects for both NHS and private clients, Steve has a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of delivering projects via a wide range of construction methodologies. 
 
Leading a team within the business they fully understand the complexities of modern healthcare, alongside the structural requirements of the design.

Is a collective of expert landscape architects, designers and technologists dedicated to making the physical world around us better, designing infinite opportunities for all. ONE-Environments draws from over 20 years’ direct experience in leading innovative design and delivery of inspirational landscapes and contemporary urban design. Based in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne’s creative quarter, their studio in the Ouseburn Valley is where they come together to create high-quality designs – from integrated, world class healthcare, learning and workplaces across the UK embracing community settings and active lifestyles, to cutting edge low carbon growth projects. The team believes that everyone’s quality of life and the quality of their environment are intrinsically linked. 

JOHN EACHUS, Wellbeing Environment Director 

Jon has an innate ability to think differently and translate ideas into impactful outcomes. He is a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI); with a landscape architectural career stretching over 20 years he takes the lead on strategic and concept landscape design. He has extensive community engagement and integrated design experience. One of his key skills is in unlocking maximum project value and embedding physical activity and wellbeing into every design. 
 
Jon is committed to collaborative working and creative dialogue, an ethos which underpins the continuing success of One Environments.
